Information for Alumni/Former Students

Effective July 1, 2023, former students of Cazenovia College may request transcripts (and replacement diplomas) through Le Moyne College. Please visit LeMoyne.edu/transcript to create a Parchment account to place your request.

You can find all your federal student loan information by accessing the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) NSLDS: National Student Loan Data System (ed.gov) 

You can access the site using your Federal Student Aid (FSA) User ID and qualifying personal identification information.

1099, 1098T Forms Tax documents will be mailed to students per the address on record by January 31, 2024. To make an address update, email mjdoherty@cazenovia.edu.

Effective July 1, 2023, former students' medical and counseling records will be available by request from Le Moyne College. To request medical or counseling records, please contact the Le Moyne College Wellness Center at healthservices@lemoyne.edu or by phone at (315) 445-4440.

Police Academy graduates can request a Phase I Basic Training transcript through SUNY Morrisville College by emailing their Registrar’s Office at registrar@morrisville.edu.
