Please place orders at least five days in advance of the delivery date.
If the need arises, we will try to accommodate last minute requests, but items may be limited due to availability. The Surprise Your Student Program is available for delivery weekdays, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
A follow-up phone call will be made to students on the delivery date for gifts that have not been picked up. Due to the perishable nature of some items, we are unable to issue refunds if pick up is not made.
