Dining Supervisor

Oversee Late Night and Student Center operations and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, guest service and satisfaction.

Line Cook

Cazenovia College has an immediate opening for a Line Cook in Dining Services; this is a full-time position with varying weekly hours and a benefits package. The Line Cook accurately and efficiently cooks meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepares and portions food products prior to cooking. Also performs other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.
