Cazenovia College operates in accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended and all other appropriate civil rights laws and regulations.  The College does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, ancestry, national or ethnic origin, physical or mental disability, citizenship status, or veteran’s status in the administration of its employment practices or in the educational programs or activities that it offers.  This policy applies to actions related, but not limited to recruitment, employment, promotions, demotions, transfers, layoffs, disciplinary actions, terminations, training, rates of pay, and/or other forms of compensation.
