In accordance with federal law, all transcript requests must be made in writing and include the student's original signature. Phone and e-mail requests are not accepted.
All transcripts, official and unofficial, cost $5.00. Cazenovia College accepts cash, check or money order. Transcripts cannot be processed if you have an outstanding financial obligation to the College. All requests, therefore, must clear the Business Office before they can be processed.
Please plan accordingly: transcript requests may take up to 4 business days to be processed and mailed. The processing time may be longer at certain points during the semester (for example - first week of classes, registration week, week of Commencement, etc.)

- Your name
- Your name at time of attendance, if different
- Current address and telephone number
- Dates of attendance
- Full address(es) to where transcripts should be sent (official copies may be sent to your home address)
- Number of copies - specify official copy and/or unofficial copy
- Your signature – your request will not be processed without it
- Payment of $5.00 per copy in the form of cash, check or money order

You also have the option of faxing a request to us at 315.655.7219. Faxed requests must include all of the information above. You should fax your request and then call the Registrar's Office at 315.655.7888 to give your credit card information over the phone. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover and need the card number, expiration date, the three digit security code from the back of the card and your name as it is printed on the card. Transcript requests made that are received by fax will not be processed until payment is received.
PLEASE NOTE: Cazenovia College does not consider faxed transcripts official. An unofficial copy of your transcript may be faxed, but if an official copy is required, it must be sent via U.S. Mail.
*Faxed requests are given the same priority as requests received by mail on the same day.
