Professor Koegel extensive experience includes working for Fortune 500 corporations and not-for-profit organizations where she was employed as an accountant, human resource labor specialist, and administrator.  She has several graduate degrees that allow her flexibility to teach courses in manufacturing, quality management, health care, and labor relations management. In addition, she also has experiences working in sales, career counseling, and in the field of chemical dependency. Professor Koegel was appointed Program Director of Health Care and Coordinator for Business Certificates in 2014. She is currently working to complete a doctorates in Business Management at Northcentral University.

Professor Koegel is active in her community and serves as a mediator and consultant for small businesses. Her expertise is in entrepreneurial skill management and development.
