Matthew Clark has been a professional communicator for 30 years, focusing on programming and advocacy. He worked with Fortune 500 companies as a technical writer and earned a law degree with a concentration in Technology Management. He has negotiated research contracts and tech transfer agreements; facilitated hundreds of millions of dollars in funded programs for higher education and community service organizations; leveraged federal, state and local partnerships; and monitored agency compliance. Matt has also chaired several federal Grant Review panels. He is currently the Director of Corporate, Foundation & Government Relations at Cazenovia College.
